Thank you for choosing a property managed by Del Val Property Management LLC as your new home. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you.
In order to make the application process easier, please click on Del Val’s Leasing Qualifications and review the qualifications. When finished, print a copy for each application submitted, sign where indicated and return to our office with your application information below.
Application Process ... Two Ways to Apply
Each prospective tenant 18 years of age or older must submit a separate application (including each spouse if married). Co-signers must also submit a complete application.

Single Person or Married Couples please click the BUY NOW button below and pay the Application Fee of $40.00. Once you have paid the Application Fee, you will be redirected to a Application Form where you will be asked to fill in the same information as the Rental Application.
Co-applicants please click the BUY NOW button below and pay the Application Fee of $75.00 ($40.00 for the first applicant and $35.00 for the second applicant). Once you have paid the Application Fee you will be redirected to a Application Form where you will be asked to fill in the same information as the Rental Application.

In order to process your application, each prospective tenant must:
- Complete the Rental Application and Authorization to Release Information Form (Click here for form)

Sign and date a copy of the Del Val’s Application Process and Leasing Qualifications (Click here for form)
- Submit all of the above with a CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER for the non-refundable Application Fee of $40.00 for the first applicant and $35.00 for each additional applicant and/or co-signer. (The fee for married couples is $40.00 only.)
These forms may be downloaded and printed by accessing the links above.
Please deliver all completed documents and the Application Fee to our office at PO Box 2486, Southeastern, Pa 19399. You may also fax them to our office at 610-240-9887 and then mail a check or money order for the Application Fee to our office at the above address.
