Pet fees comply with Colorado law (HB23 1068) and include a $300 refundable deposit and a $35/month accommodation fee per pet. Service and assistance animals are always welcome and are not subject to breed or size restrictions, though screening is still required, in accordance with federal and state law.

While RowCal does accept compliant portable screening reports as defined by HB23-1099, which would result in no application fee being required (or possibly an application fee refund), we do still require that all tenants complete our application.
