- Qualified tenants have the option to move-in deposit free, paying a small monthly fee to Obligo instead of a large deposit upfront.
- At the time of move-out, Obligo allows landlords to bill the tenants for damages. Obligo always pays landlords in full as soon as a claim is made!
- Gone are the days running around trying to collect money or needing a tenant to stop by with funds. All move-in funds are collected electronically, directly through the Obligo website or app.
- Owner is made whole should there be a security deposit claim.
Zillow 3D Tours

With that in mind, Del Val is implementing the newest feature from Zillow known as Zillow 3D Home Tours. The process is simple and all it takes is a smartphone and the Zillow 3D app. This incredible technology allows Del Val to map your investment properties so that prospects can take a virtual tour in 3D! This is a free to use service and prospects can take the tours right on their computer or mobile devices.
