Rent Price Update: One Bedroom Rents up 15.3% in Philadelphia!

On a national level rent prices are up 1% for one-bedrooms to $1,229 and up 0.8% for two-bedroom to $1,485.  But in Philadelphia one-bedrooms are up an astounding 15.3% to $1,510 and two-bedroom are up 2.5 to $1,750.
